    Full Time - Medford Office

    Job Description

      Taylor Credit Union is looking for a loan processor to receive and process loan applications for members. If selected, you would be expected to process applications for consumer, real estate and business loans.

    • Interview, take application, gather information for consumer loan request
    • Update and maintain loan data, new and paid loan files
    • Communicate with members to request or provide information, and resolve their requests and questions.
    • Inform members about Taylor Credit Union loan policies and services.
    • Actively cross-sell Taylor Credit Union products and services.
    • Go the “extra mile” to build relationships, member loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish encouraged to apply).
